This book is about a bunny who explores though a cottage garden identifying the different colors of flowers. I appreciated the illustrations in this book, as well as the design. This book would be great to read in the spring as the flowers are blooming, then taking your class on an adventure to see if they can identify any of the flowers or colors that bunny came across. ( ) This book could be used throughout elementary school. In kindergarten, it could be used as an interactive read aloud to teach about colors because each place the bunny goes tells about a new color and some kindergarteners may still be learning and remembering what all of the colors are. In grades 1 & 2, it could be used as an interactive read aloud to introduce and teach rhyme because it contains a lot of rhyming in the book and children in these grades are learning about rhyme.
