This story explains the experience of two girls who want to bake infinite pi. They learn about baking and what it means to have an infinte amount, numbers go on forever. This book covers shapes and sizes of objects, and the idea of infinity. It could be used during math to help show children different shapes and how objects can be cut infinite number of times. I would probably use this book in a for 3rd or 4th grade classroom. ( )

This book is appropriate for 4th and 5th graders, because it discusses math topics that are a little more challenging (variables). This book is about making pie but using math concepts. I enjoyed this book, I thought it was cool to have such a fun storyline with it so that it wasn't just about math. The illustrations were really great too! I would use this in my classroom during the math unit. ( )

This book could be a read aloud used for intermediate aged students.
This book is about two young girls named X and Y that want to bake an infinite pie with their Aunt. Their aunt teaches them about baking, while also teaching them about different shapes and what it means for something to be infinite.
This book could be used to teach children about different shapes and their angles and sides, while also explaining the complexity of what it means for something to be infinite. For younger students, or those that might struggle with math, this book might be confusing and harder to understand because of the complexity of the concept of "infinity".
