This is the 1973 reprinting of Deladrier's 1948 book. As noted in my review of a 1967 reprinting, this is an excellent coverage of the final point of classical fencing technique in all three weapons. For anyone who wishes to teach classical fencing one of these additions is an important addition to your library.

Published in 1948, Deladrier's work is a solid coverage of technique at the end of the classical period in all three weapons. The detailed lesson plans, suggested drills, and the discussions of multiple part compound attacks are excellent. ( )
