Another thoroughly enjoyable entry in the unfortunate lives of the Baudelaire orphans. It's funny, exciting and great fun from first page to last. Count Olaf (Captain Sham) is as devious as ever and Aunt Josephine is a wonderfully frustrating adult, oblivious to everything except her own fears and obsession with grammar. ( ![]() Loved the setting but Josephine is no Uncle Monty, I do wonder what her fate really is. We meet Larry Your Waiter who has a bigger part in the TV show then the books. Snicket has made this book different to the previous, Josephine was kind of annoying. It was a different mystery and book altogether. Aunt Josephine is a great character, and her rickety house almost teetering of a cliff is a character in itself. This installment of the Series of Unfortunate Events was very original. Dear Reader: If you have not read anything about the Baudelaire orphans, then before you read even one more sentence, you should know this: Violet, Klaus and Sunny are kindhearted and quick-witted, but their lives, I am sorry to say, are filled with bad luck and misery. Al of the stories about these three children are unhappy and wretched, and the one you are holding may be the worst of them all. I love this series :) Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya
