An excellent book on the physical/somatic foundation of meditation praactice.
Looking forward to reading the author’s more recent book ”Aligned, Relaxed, Resilient: The Physical Foundations of Mindfulness” (2000 Shambhala).

The slim paperback is printed on sustainable paper and typeset in Garamond Premier Pro, Gentle Sans, and Cochin with Trajan Pro and Trade Gothic used as display typefaces.

The author offers guidance and exercises for working with the posture of meditation and advice on how to carry its benefits on into all the rest of life.… (més)
