A fifth-generation native of Israel, Shahar is rooted in the sights and sounds of Jerusalem. Few writers can capture as well the multiple ethnicity of the inhabitants of that ancient city. סוכן הוד מלכותו de דוד שחר
למרות שאיש לא קרא את הספר כאן ולמרות שמעט הביקורות שנכתבו עם הופיעו מחדש היו מזלזלות לחלוטין, אני חושב שזה ספר נפלא. יוצא דופן לגמרי בספרות העברית. העלילה קצת מורכבת וארוכה מדי אך היא לעולם לא משעממת. השפה גם כשהיא גבוהה וגם כשהיא נמוכה קולחת וטבעית כאילו שלא בעברית מדובר. קטעי הסקס הם הטובים ביותר שקראתי אי פעם ובוודאי בעברית. הסיפור מרתק ומתגלגל לאלפי כיוונים מרתקים. ממש סופר גדול.… (més)
