A short 'intermediate' book, it covers tsume-shogi and next-move problems, but the latter are extended to include next-moves with strategic and tactical advice.

If you are a Shogi player who is also an Esperantist, this one is for you!

It is an excellent, short (but wide-ranging) introduction to Shogi. Even f you do not speak Esperanto, armed with an Esperanto dictionary, you should be able to extract some useful information from this one.
