Six Steps to an Emotionally Intelligent Teenager… de James Windell
Many good points, ideas and strategies. A lot to take in at one time, but applying these steps will help!
It took me a lot longer than 8 weeks to read this book (the better part of a year, as it ended up lost under the bed for several months). I really enjoyed it, though. He offers some great strategies for better communication with children, and discipline techniques. I do think it's helped me (and my son). I would recommend this book.
