When the scene opened, I thought maybe she'd been drugged since she wasn't responding and it seemed odd. When the knife was mentioned, that surprised me as I wasn't expecting it.

I thought she had been killed elsewhere and that was why there was no blood, hadn’t thought about her being stabbed after death.
