Apunta't a LibraryThing per saber si aquest llibre et pot agradar. No hi ha cap discussió a Converses sobre aquesta obra. Pretty good techno-thriller/suspense. I stumbled upon this title because I was reading another author with the same name. I was pleased with the story and it was fun. There are some formatting errors and a few spelling errors. It could use a brush up on editing. As for the story, I liked it. It had suspense and it had an interesting plot that could be believable in a not so distant future. The setting is the near future, a time when all of society is dependent on the Internet. Alicia Raven and Carlos Ruiz are writing a computer game which they hope will take the world by storm. It does, but not in the way that they intended. The software brain inside the game, an entity named Ganesa, breaks free and infiltrates the Internet. Can a small group of humans stop Ganesa before she takes control of every computer on Earth, or will digital intelligence replace flesh and blood as the dominant form of life? What is Ganesa's ultimate objective? The answer will determine the future of everyone. No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |
