Courtney Carver shows us the power of simplicity to improve our health, build more meaningful relationships, and relieve stress in our professional and personal lives. We are often on a quest for more, giving in to pressure every day to work more, own more, and do more. Probably a real 4.5 but I will reread and that will confirm it either way. The main points need some action so this is more of a reference workbook and I may actually purchase the physical book as there so many good lessons. The datedness of this book was the other reason I would give it less than 5 stars. Great pacing, great writing and very personal.

I would totally recommend this to read and plan on reading Project333 next ( )

Very good. Recommended by a friend. A lot of good nuggets such as FOMO (fear of missing out) vs. JOMO (joy of missing out) ( )

Really lovely to listen to for a reread. Good to think about what I have versus what I need. ( )
