COMING 9/15: NEEDS A LITTLE TLC BY INES SAINT
READ AND REVIEW

NEEDS A LITTLE TLC BY INES SAINT

Release Date:  September 15, 2015

SYNOPSIS

In Spinning Hills, Ohio, “quirky” is a good thing—especially the charming houses that line the streets. One by one, the Amador brothers are restoring them, committed to a new beginning for the old-fashioned town. But they’re learning that every house needs a heart to be a home…   Real estate agent Cassidy Morgan specializes in historic homes, but her own history is something she likes to avoid. Back in Spinning Hills for the first time in ten years, she has a chance to put her small agency on the map as the premier realtor of restored houses. But it means a partnership with the one man she’s never forgotten—and can’t quite resist…   Sam Amador doesn’t quit—and he doesn’t run away from his problems, like a certain stubborn, extremely attractive real estate agent did all those years ago. Working with Cassie is a risk, but Sam knows his heart is more likely to suffer than his renovation business. How can he convince her that this time, Spinning Hills is where she belongs—and that his love has always been hers?

REVIEW:  NEEDS A LITTLE TLC BY INES SAINT

Needs a Little TLC by Inés SaintMy rating: 5 of 5 starsA refreshing take on learning from choices and dealing with the fallout. At no time in this story did I get bored or frustrated. Needs a Little TLC leaves the reader feeling just as good at the end of the story as it did at the beginning. I am new to author Ines Saint and the Spinning Hills series, yet I found it easy to become wrapped up in this world of family, second chances and growth. It felt like coming home and reconnecting with old friends. Love the metaphor of renovating old homes. Plays out perfectly with rebuilding past relationships. Will for sure continue reading this series. I received an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review. View all my reviews

About Author:  Ines Saint

A little bit about me: I was born in Zaragoza, Spain, though my parents are from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, I've moved more than twenty times. I went to school in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico and I'm bilingual and bicultural. I've spent the last thirteen years raising my fun, inspiring boys while working from home. My greatest joys are spending time with family and close friends and coming up with characters and interesting situations. I'd love to hear from you! Please email me at ines.saint@gmail.com.

I received an ARC of Fixer Upper in exchange for an honest review. I have really come to enjoy Ines Saint's imaginative Spinning Hills series. She takes subjects that fascinate me such as romance and renovation and centers stories that are delightful, uplifting and hilarious but still wonderful around them. Not to be missed.

Haunted Hope by Inés Saint
The Piper Sisters #3

Hope Piper sleepwalks and has done so most of her life…except when she has lived outside of Spinning Hills. Upon her return the sleepwalking begins again and in her sleep she makes her way to a home she once lived in believing she is back in the past. The new owner of the house is Matt Williams and he is flummoxed by the appearance of distraught Piper but manages to deal with the situation and get contact numbers of persons to call should it happen again. And, it does happen again. And each time it happens Matt gets to know Hope a bit better - at least as she was in the past – and he is intrigued.

When Hope’s business situation and Matt’s job overlap there is a bit of difficulty because Matt has been sworn to secrecy about the sleepwalking and Hope feels she knows Matt but doesn’t know why. Hope eventually finds out what has happened over the past months and is mortified but then accepting and eventually romance is in the air. Both Hope and Matt have secrets from their past that need to be shared before a HEA can be achieved.

This book is about returning home, business, family, love, caring, sharing, trust and a great deal more. In this book the trilogy of the Piper sisters concludes and I wonder what the author will write next because I do like her stories. Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington-Shine for the ARC – This is my honest review.

Good Gracie by Inés Saint
The Piper Sisters #2

Gracie Piper made a mistake in high school that haunted her for years. Returning to her childhood home, as leader of a team of renovators that will be working to update a building, she finds herself faced with both memories and people from her past. She has come a long way from her seventeen year old self but with the support of her family and others she comes further out of her shell and eventually finds a bit of romance with Josh Goodwin. In addition to romance there is a political election going on with some underhanded shenanigans and a bad person or two to be dealt with. Easy to read and somewhat predictable this was a fun way to spend the afternoon and it also dealt with the issues of bullying, coercion and how the internet can change people’s lives.

Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington Books – Lyrical Shine – this is my honest review.
