upgrade page untranslatable

Someone commented on this thread (in French) that the "upgrade" page is not translatable (and that there are some mistakes in the French translation of that page). I can't seem to get the translation page for that page to come up, maybe because I've already got a paid membership, so it just redirects to a "you've already paid" message.
